Just in time for fall, Los Cedros is a yellow honey process single origin from Costa Rica, with tasting notes of Apple and Dark Caramel. You'll feel like your sipping coffee around the campfire as the leaves put on a color show. This coffee works great for espresso and with milk based drinks or as a nice filter/drip brew option.

While visiting the Hoy Cafe Micromill we were so impressed with the hard work of Joiner, his wife, and four daughters. As they washed coffee, and raked tables of drying beans, their eyes were full of light and the kind smiles never left their faces. Producing specialty coffee is super hard work, under intense sun, and there are many variables of nature that can affect the end product. It ain't easy, but the end results are worth it. Hoy Cafe normally produces all lots as washed coffee, but we were proud to buy and roast their very first harvest of honey process. It's such an honor to witness the love of a hard working family, their joy, and the faith it took to try a new processing method. Here's to new beginnings, and keeping a smile in a world full of uncertainty.
